Hi! I'm (half) filipino and I was wondering if we needed an utau to join. I tried to download it once, but its was kind of confusing. 

So if any would like a helping hand or maybe those who want to re-create/redo the Tagalog Reclist, you can ask me

I study phonology using the internet XDD and I have a revision of the said reclist, I wonder if the ones who made the reclist will allow me to share it to you people

My UTAU is still in development so the basis on how the sounds are pronounced will be a guessing game for people and I'll try to make the list more human readable because as of now, the list is only readable by those who are familiar with X-SAMPA and IPA.

FINALLY I MADE A DA ACC! time to join and be slightly active here!
